-sa

emphatic adjection used in connection with possessive pronouns and adjoined to the noun following them. If the noun is followed by an adjective, the syllable, -sa is placed after the adjective, thus, do làmh-sa, your own hand; do làmh gheal-sa, your own white hand. It becomes -ne when used in connection with ar, our, as, ar n-athair-ne, our own father; and -san when in connection with an, am, their, as, an taigh-san, their own house.
