falach-fait
sm A Uist game much the same as falach-fead, “hide and seek”. One player is chosen who covers his eyes while the rest go to hide. On a given signal, usually a whistle, he looks for them and when he finds one, that one is out of the game. The game continues until such time as they are all found, when the first one to be discovered takes his turn as searcher. Uist Games in Celtic Review, No. 16.
